OSHC Awards History
Over recent years the Association has worked to recognise excellence and commitment to OSHC in South Australia by promoting various awards.
2005
The first awards were presented in 2005 at an enjoyable event at the Adelaide Zoo. Sue Nicholls of Eden Hills OSHC was the master of ceremonies.
There were 3 awards presented, the first was to an OSHC Director who had made a notable contribution to the local service. The second award was made to a representative of the operating body of a service to recognise the support and understanding that supported OSHC in the community. The final award was given someone from outside a service who had made a valuable contribution to OSHC in general.

2006
In 2006 the presentation of the Awards was undertaken at the close of the highly successful OSHCSA Come Out to Play Conference at EDC. Ian Lamb was the master of ceremonies. In this year there were 4 categories of awards given. The first three were same as the previous year plus an additional award made to a staff person who had made a significant contribution to a local service.

2007/2008
In 2007/2008 the award process was less complex and certificates of appreciation for service and commitment
