Privacy Policy

The Out of School Hours Care Association (SA) Inc. respects individual privacy and values the confidence of its members and all OSHC stakeholders. Not only does The OSHC Association strive to collect, use, and disclose personally identifiable information in an appropriate and sensitive manner, but it also strives to uphold the highest ethical standards in its business practices. This Privacy Policy sets forth the privacy principles that OSHC Association SA follows in addressing OSHC matters on behalf of its membership.

Definitions

For purposes of this Privacy Policy, the following definitions shall apply:

OSHC SA Inc means the incorporated body that is the peak group for Out of School Hours Care in SA Association Inc. its predecessors, successors, and the national peak group NOSHSA

“Personal Information” means any set of information that identifies or could be used to identify an individual.

Stakeholders include members, individual services and personnel, support agencies, other peak groups as well as families and children who use OSHC services.

Members are those service or individuals who hold a current financial membership of the Association.

Application

On its web site as in all aspects of its operation, the Association will respect and safeguard the confidentiality of its members by not using or passing on any personal contact information.

Material developed by individuals will only be used on the web site with written consent of the individual and the source of such material will be appropriately acknowledged.
