The OSHCsa Membership cost for 2012 is $295 or EARLYBIRD rate of $275 if paid by the end of February. There are also concessional and associate rates. Please click on the link for more info: 2012 Membership Rates

How to be a part of this extraordinary deal…
- Become a financial member of OSHCsa and receive your membership number (download a form from here ) or look for it in the post.
- Contact Coles by emailing Mark Forrest (mark.forrest@coles.com.au). Mark will provide you with the log-in details and a general overview of the process. (Arrangements for payment include EFTPOS, credit card or sign up for an account.)
N.B. You must spend more than $500 per month to be eligible for a credit account – or negotiate with Mark if you are close to this amount.
